Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Leasing the existing portfolio
- Property inspections
- Prospecting for new business
- Preparation of lease marketing and leasing appraisals
- Regular training and ongoing professional development
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional presentation
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
- Completed or currently completing their Agents Representative certificate
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service
- Reliable car and driver’s license
Skills & Experience
Successful commercial Leasing Consultants come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales you do need experience in property, a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, a strong attention to detail and great communication skills. Ideally you need a good understanding of the industrial, office and commercial space & preferably live within a 15 minute drive of Doncaster.
