Property Manager - Altona
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our property management team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a property manager and will oversee a centrally located, well-maintained portfolio.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, good computer skills, attention to detail and who wants to grow with our company.

Great team environment with phone and iPad provided. We offer strong administration support and ongoing guidance from our Rental Department Manager and our Director.
Full time role working one in three Saturdays and RDO's provided in lieu.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 12 months experience as a property manager
Agents Rep and police check
Drivers licence and reliable car
SKILLS:
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Be very well organised and able to meet deadlines
• Work effectively in a busy environment with the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Work both autonomously and as part of a team
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
• Complete administration tasks on time
• Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
• Ensure all enquiries are answered by the end of business
Salary negotiable with experience plus commission.
