About the Role

Due to continued growth, Strata Choice is looking for a team player to provide administrative support to the General Manager in our Property Care division which provides building maintenance services. Daily tasks will include scheduling of work orders, co-ordination of tradespeople out in the field and reporting work completed to our strata managers internally.

Your fantastic administration skills, high level of computer proficiency and willingness to take on a great variety of tasks as required will ensure your success in this role. The  preferred hours of work for this role will be 7.30 am to 3.45 pm. 

About you

We are looking for candidates who have had experience working in a customer service environment, ideally co-ordinating a team of off-site personnel via regular daily phone contact and email communications. 

The ability to build relationships,  to monitor and coordinate work completed by others to achieve excellent customer experiences, are the vital skills required in this role.  Administration and/or coordination experience within a trade environment will be highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated great follow through, to ensure work is completed
