Duties & Responsibilities
- All facets of Property Management.
- Management of your own Portfolio with a view to grow
- Liaising with tenants/landlords
- Leasing new and existing Properties
- Organising repairs & maintenance
- Holding open for inspections
- Providing weekly reports
- Training of staff
Education , Qualifications & Eligibility criteria:
- It is essential that you hold a current Agents Representative Certificate, current Driver Licence, own reliable vehicle and mobile phone.
- Have AT LEAST 12 months Property Management experience
- An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus.
- Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour.
- Preferably Live locally in Dandenong
- Console and local area knowledge will also be highly regarded.
