We're seeking an enthusiastic administration assistant to support our sales team in Melbourne.

You will be first point of contact for clients, customers and visitors and provide a great first impression for the company (face to face, over the phone and via email communication).  Previous experience in a real estate office is not necessary, however if you have a passion for people and love property and real estate, this would be a positive. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Book client appointments and manage calendars
  • Administrative support to sales management 
  • Be the liaison between sales team and clients in relation to client functions.
  • Data entry, database management and maintenance of all sales related data into internal systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations
  • Assist with preparation of events and workshops including function room hire and other event management
  • Create, generate and maintain all forms of sales data and reporting
  • Liaise with and assist with internal department communications
  • Office management
