The Company
Our client is a dominant developer with their own Property Management department spanning Sydney's metropolitan suburbs. With an internationally recognised brand and highly experienced Manager at the helm, this role offers not just an opportunity to step up, but also a chance to work for a developer rather than another real estate brand.
The Role
You will be located on site and manage an impeccable portfolio of properties. This is an extremely autonomous role that will see you working Monday to Friday only.
The Duties
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Oversee a Property Officer and Leasing Exec
- Take and address calls from landlords and tenants
- Ingoing, periodic and final inspections
- Oversee the coordination of repairs & maintenance
- Lease increases and renewals
- Dispute resolution and Tribunal attendance where required
The Candidate
- 2+ years property management experience
- Certificate of Registration
- Be mature and self-sufficient
- Experience with Console is highly regarded
- Car and driver's license
