An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven and passionate Sales Associate to support our team of Sales Consultants in our beautiful World of Homes Display Centre at Berwick Waters.
This hands-on role encompasses high level customer service delivering new home presentation to our valued customers. In addition, as an Associate you will be introduced to more complex pre-sales tasks such as development of contracts, conducting sightings, basic marketing support and training sales assistants - all key elements required if aspiring towards becoming a Sales Consultant. The position is suited to a committed individual willing to work weekends, who enjoys working as part of a team and demonstrates the ability to effectively self-manage.
Please note that this Casual position requires a commitment of 5 days including each Saturday & Sunday (10.30am - 5.30pm). You will be a career oriented individual with a long term plan towards becoming a New Home Sales Consultant with Henley.
The role:
Sales Associates provide direct support to the display Sales Consultants whilst working and contributing within a team environment.
Your duties will include;
- Welcoming potential clients into Henley’s exquisite display villages providing them with outstanding customer service.
- Maximising sales of Henley’s range of homes by qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the sales consultants.
- Ongoing follow up and finalisation of all business to signed building contracts.
- Ensuring ongoing accuracy and timely delivery of all documentation.
- Presenting marketing materials to potential clients.
Skills & Experience:
- 1 years sales admin or customer facing experience in New Home or Real Estate industry (pref).
- Proven customer service & admin experience.
- Confident communication skills and can work well in a team environment.
- Energy and self motivation.
- Pride and confidence in presenting a beautiful Henley home.
