About the role

An Associate vacancy in our sales team has arisen due to an internal promotion. As the team’s Sales Associate, you will be based in our display homes and office, and will be responsible for providing assistance and support to both customers and Sales Consultants. Applicants will need to be available five days a week, including weekends, and be able to work with a flexible roster.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will be to:

• Relate to and build rapport with potential and existing customers- both on the phone as well as in person;
• Understand and contribute to the management of the display homes; and
• Assist Sales Consultants in the preparation of customer information.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attitudes:

• Good communication and customer service skills;
• Good computer literacy:
• An interest and/or experience in sales and selling; and
• A genuine interest and/or experience in housing.
