We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Executive in residential to work on amazing residential projects; selling apartments and townhouses across Sydney.  These developments are some of the most prestigious residential projects across Sydney.

You will sell exclusive apartments off the plan through establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with current, past and potential clients.  Reporting to the NSW Head of Residential Project Marketing, you will also provide advice and support in executing the sales strategies for projects.

The Role:

  • Prospecting and database management through Knight Frank CRM system and updating the CRM system regularly by keep accurate record of all buyer activity and prospect interactions
  • Manage local, national and international enquiries in the expression of interest / initial pre-launch phase
  • Converting enquiries and registrations into sales
  • Handle enquiries, viewings of properties, negotiation and the sales process from exchange to settlement
  • Liaise with banks and solicitors to ensure sales are completed and settled on time
  • Deliver exceptional post settlement customer service
  • Develop and maintain the relationships to develop a network that produces referral sales
  • Update market information (including pricing, design, finishes and service offer) and identify strengths and weaknesses of off the plan developments in Sydney
  • Visit competing developments and show apartments to gather market knowledge and be aware of future developments in NSW
  • Present market information in power point or verbally in a clear and succinct manner
  • Undertake ongoing assessments to determine the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies for respective developments and adapt these to allow for changing market conditions
  • Work closely with the research team to gather detailed market data and be able to present this information clearly to clients
  • Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch and submission proposals and present ideas visually and orally within pitches themselves
  • Attend client meetings, as required

The Person:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of sales experience in a residential project marketing role
  • Agents Representative certificate or Agents License
  • Solid experience in the Sydney residential property market
  • Exceptional buyer handling skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing sales skills
  • A proven sales track record and reputation
  • A professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to develop strong relationships and work in a team focused environment
  • Exemplary customer service focus
  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to maximise leads.
