With offices in both Newcastle and East Maitland, Four Walls Commercial is a boutique commercial real estate agency specialising in the sale, lease and management of commercial, industrial and retail properties.
We are seeking an experienced property officer who enjoys working in a team environment.
As a Property Officer, the key duties of the role include:
- Assisting the Asset Manager
- Proactively servicing the needs of our landlords and tenants to the highest standard
- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Other duties may include Reception support and general admin tasks
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid experience as a Property Officer
- A professional manner and presentation
- Exceptional time management skills and be highly organised
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Outstanding customer service/client liaison skills
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Experience in REST software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to commercial property management will be advantageous
- A passion for building a long-term career with this fun and hard-working team
