The ideal candidate will:
Fit with the professional yet friendly culture in the office.
Will preferably have little or no experience in real estate sales, but a high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
Will be highly personable, have a positive attitude and be driven to succeed.
Will eventually work semi-autonomously in a team headed by top performing sales agent and sales manager - Daniel Ashton.
Responsibilities of the role:
Client interaction (face-to-face, phone and email)
Database entry.
Assistance with inspections and auctions.
Attend and assist with listing presentations and other client meetings.
6 day week.
Ability to work weekends essential.
Must have clean, respectable car and current licence.
Clean, well-groomed personal appearance.

Skills:
Must have completed Agent's Representative Certificate.
