Williams Lawyers Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Succession Lawyer to join the firm.
The contract will be an initial period of 6 months with the possibility for a further extension. Flexible working hours may also be considered for the successful applicant.
The successful applicant will have
- A minimum of 5 years PAE with proven expertise in all aspects of Will drafting, Trust, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Estate Litigation. Exposure to Commercial and Property law would be considered an advantage but is not essential
- A superior standard of interpersonal skills for building strong business and client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are considered essential
- Effective time management skills
- Professional accreditation will be highly regarded but not essential
Salary will be paid commensurate to the experience and expertise of the successful applicant.
