This team advises insurers, all levels of government, large corporates and SMEs, supporting clients on all issues arising in the workplace. This can range from negotiating complex contracts, discrimination, terminations, harassment and EEO issues, workplace policies and procedures and enterprise bargaining.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in employment law litigation gained from working in a reputable employment practice and exposure to high profile litigation matters. You will also have strong academics.
