Established for 55 years, Barry.Nilsson. is a national law firm with over 280 staff and having a formidable reputation within its three areas of expertise: insurance & health, property & commercial and family law.
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 19 well respected Principals and handles claims across all major classes of insurance (including public liability, product liability and professional indemnity files) and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insurance PA to join our Melbourne office. The role will involve:
• dictaphone typing and amendments;
• file management – opening/closing files and filing;
• drafting basic letters;
• client liaison;
• brief preparation;
• monthly billing and reporting; and
• general secretarial support.
We're seeking an intermediate to senior level PA with experience in defendant insurance matters. We need someone who will hit the ground running by offering strong support to our team.
