Demand on our services has created an opportunity for an Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join the Litigation team in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level Associate, who is a common law litigator and has experience assisting on government litigation matters and personal injury matters. You will have the opportunity to join a team that presents exciting potential for career advancement and significant development opportunities.

The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows:

Responsibilities

  • Assist on a range of complex and interesting litigation matters including insurance litigation, personal injury, banking and government litigation matters
  • Assist in the preparation of expert evidence
  • Regular client interaction
  • Assist with Business Development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Outstanding academics
  • 2-5 years PQE, ideally gained within a top tier or international litigation practice
  • Strong experience working across a range of commercial litigation matters including government and personal injury related disputes
  • Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
