Our national law firm client is well regarded as a market leader across various areas of practice, not the least for their corporate commercial advisory team!
They are a thriving firm and have enjoyed sustained growth & success for some time, now keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer/Associate who is looking to work directly alongside highly regarded Partners within this collegiate team!
  
About the role...
In this role you will handle a great cross-section of corporate commercial matters providing advice and negotiating around, for example, structuring, acquisitions, sales and disposition of businesses/assets; transactional implications; assisting a varied clientele including large, high profile public (listed/unlisted) and private corporations.
 
About you...
To be successful...it is envisaged the successful candidate will have:- 

• Demonstrated experience ideally gained from a prominent corporate advisory team, in handling a range of matters involving the drafting, review and negotiation of various commercial contracts/documentation eg. joint venture; shareholder, unitholder, trust deeds, constitutions, providing advices around revenue/taxation implications & assisting with corporate restructures/acquisitions & establishment;
• Well developed interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships;
• Outstanding commercial acumen, together with sound academics and strong work ethic;
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, within a fast-paced corporate environment.
