Our client is an ambitious and growing CBD firm, with a great new opportunity for an Associate level defendant personal injury lawyer to work in its dedicated and friendly team of experts.
Ideally, you will have significant prior experience of dealing with insurance claims and have a thorough working knowledge of the NSW District, Supreme and Federal Courts together with strong legal skills in contract.
Roles and responsibilities
- Drafting particulars and applications
- Handling Personal Injury and Liability claims
- Run your own files
- Working with other solicitors, insurance companies, barristers, managing challenging conversations on claims outcomes
Experience in personal injury and public liability is essential. Knowledge and experience in Public Liability, Government, Product Liability, Construction and Indemnity Disputes will be highly regarded.
