About the role
This role will involve working across the full spectrum of corporate/commercial matters whilst also demonstrating versatility for ad hoc matters that clients may need. This versatility is championed by the firm and is the reason why their clients are fiercely loyal.
As with any corporate/commercial role the workload can be intense but admirably there is a real environment of comradery in this small firm.
This is a real opportunity for a commercial lawyer with ambition to join a firm and set the foundations for a long and lucrative career with recognisable clients.
There is already a considerable caseload, so applicants must be prepared to hit the ground running and exhibit a work ethic to match the firm's values and expectations
Ideally applicants will possess:
- At least 3 years PQE in Commercial Law
- Willingness to work on adhoc matters outside the commercial spectrum
- Strong communication skills and willingness to carry out a high level of client contact
- The ability to work efficiently individually and as a part of a team
