The Firm
Our client is a boutique law firm that provides expert advice in family law, child protection, family violence and children’s court matters while fostering a great working environment built on team-focused values.
The Role
As a Junior Legal Assistant, you will be supporting the Principal with the following duties:
- Screening phone calls & taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Diary management
- Dicta-typing
- Preparing, drafting and amending documents
- File management including archiving
- Opening and closing files
- Other general administration (photocopying, scanning, faxing etc.)
You
To be successful in this role you will have at least 12 months experience within an office environment. In addition, you will have a strong work ethic, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for family law. If this sounds like you - APPLY TODAY!
