Commercial Lawyer

Our client is a boutique law firm with a burgeoning list of matters across most areas of law, including commercial & civil litigation, general commercial and property and criminal law.

The firm is experiencing significant organic growth and is now looking for a generalist lawyer with at least 3 to 7 years PAE to join its young and energetic team.

THE ROLE

The position offers you a rare opportunity to work and act in many areas including:

• General litigation 
• Acquisition and sale of business
• Loan and mortgage agreements
• Leasing and property development

THE PERSON

You're a generalist practitioner with 3 to 7 years PAE who's gained exposure to some if not all of the areas listed above. You have solid advocacy skills and drafting, negotiating and settling commercial contracts is firmly in your wheelhouse. Client management is one of your strengths.
