YOUR ROLE
A great opportunity currently exists for a junior to intermediate property paralegal in our Sydney off the plan development team. We are seeking someone with confidence, enthusiasm, attention to detail and drive to add to a growing team of experienced licensed conveyancers and paralegals. Your work will include contract preparation and exchange, preparing for and attending project settlements, document production and database maintenance. You will work in collaboration with licensed conveyancers and paralegals in the team but will be primarily responsible for assisting with conveyancing processes, including relevant associated administrative tasks.
