The Firm:
Our client is a Boutique law firm practicing in the ares of Property, Litigation, Commercial and Family Law matters.  Located in the Inner North suburbs of Melbourne,they have been operating for over 35 years.  With a great mix of junior and experienced professionals, they take pride in the quality and efficiency of the service they provide to their clients.

The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Lawyers, you will be running end to end matters across Residential and Commercial Off-The-Plan files, having an assistant to help you achieve your targets.

Your duties will include:

• Running your own files from end to end, predominantly across Residential and Off-The-Plan matters;
• Preparing and drafting all contracts and required documentation;
• Liaising with clients, brokers and the like;
• Booking in settlements and organising and implimenting new PEXA settlements.

Experience required:

• A minimum of 5+ years current experience running Conveyancing matters;
• Ability to work autonomously:
• Organised and able to prioritise well;
• Experience with LEAP & Affinity preferred;
• Proficiency in PEXA would be an advantage;
• Well presented attire;
• Excellent written &  verbal communication skills;
• Self-starter.
