Leading APAC organisation is looking to recruit an experienced senior legal counsel to join their fast-paced, energetic legal team in Australia.
Reporting to the General Counsel you will provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial matters. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Reviewing marketing materials
- Advising on IP/IT related matters
- Providing training to the business
- General corporate advice to the business
- Disputes and Litigation
You will be a qualified lawyer with 7+ years’ professional experience, preferably with previous in-house experience. This role is highly visible in the business and you'll be exposed to stakeholders at all levels. Your input will be valued on both legal and commercial matters so you will have developed your ability to provide creative solutions to a business.
