What are we looking for?
A) Legal Experience - We are currently seeking a passionate Case Manager / Registered Migration Agent with at least 2 years of work experience within the following areas:
- Employer Sponsored Visas;
- Skill Select and Skills Assessment authorities;
- Family Visas (partner, child, parent, etc);
- AAT submissions;
- Proficiency with the LEAP Migration Manager software
b) Results oriented individual / CAN DO attitude – we need someone who is able to work autonomously while working ethically and looking after the best interest of his/her clients;
c) Empathy – we need someone who genuinely cares about their clients;
d) Time Management - the ideal candidate should be able to manage a high volume of work while maintaining high professional standards and attention to detail.
e) Communication – the ideal candidate should be proficient both verbally and in writing. Face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, written legal submissions and emails will be part of your daily activities.
f) Team work – the ideal candidate should be able to work independently and come up with new ideas, however they should also be able to follow pre-established procedures and to work well within a small team.
