Construction Litigation
 
This firm's Construction Litigation team advise on all aspects of contracting and its related forms. Services include adjudication, arbitration and litigation, together with a range of alternative dispute resolution methods.

The team act for a range of clients including government and private owners, financiers, contractors, suppliers, consultants and insurers on state-sponsored infrastructure and PPP projects, and some of the industry's most complex disputes.

Position Description

Due to significant growth of the practice and pipeline of work, the Brisbane office of this leading firm is now looking for a talented Construction Litigation lawyer to join their growing team. 

The team operate as a national practice, and you would have exposure to a number of pre-eminent partners across the group. On offer is the opportunity to work on a large number of Australia's largest and most significant construction and infrastructure disputes.

Requirements

You will be a Construction Litigation lawyer with 1- 5 years' experience from a notable law firm (or in-house legal team).

In addition, the successful candidate will have: 

• excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with legal and other professionals and clients as necessary; and 
• ambition with a desire to excel in your career, working collaboratively across a national and international practice group.
