The Firm
Our client is the Commercial team of national mid-tier firm. The Commercial team is led by 2 young Partners who are looking for a talented and friendly individual to join their close-knit team.
You will be involved in:
- Drafting, advising and negotiating a range of commercial contracts in the private and public sectors (JVs, shareholder agreements, IT, procurement, etc.).
You will be a:
- 2+ years' PAE lawyer, with relevant experience;
- Commercially-minded;
- Experienced negotiator, with a clear communication style and client-focused approach.
