This premium law firm is seeking a commercial litigation lawyer with extensive contentious insolvency experience to join its team in Sydney. The firm is seeking lawyers between 3-5 years’ PAE. Candidates must be qualified in Australia.

As the successful Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer, your cases will be complex, high value and generally multi-jurisdictional with a large focus on insolvency proceedings. Your work may also include banking and finance disputes, funds disputes, fraud, asset-tracing, contractual disputes, professional negligence and trusts disputes.
