This boutique specialist corporate law firm are looking to add to their team as they are so busy. The firm specialises in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructures, Fundraising and Property. They are currently in need of a lawyer with at least 3 years PAE to undertake regulated Mergers & Acquistions and Equity Capital Markets work. Ideally you will already be at another top or established mid-tier firm with a strong background in corporate finance. In return the firm are able to offer you quick career progression as they’re growing, a smaller more collegiate working environment where you will have direct access to both the partners and the clients and the same quality work as the top tier.
