The Firms
We have current instructions from several of the leading upper medium and boutique practices seeking to strengthen their practices in various areas.

The Roles
There are opportunities for partners (and those approaching partnership) level to advance their career and we currently have firms in discussion with a range of partners and senior lawyers in differing practice groups.

Our current clients which seek to grow include national firms, a large local practice, and a boutique firm. Each of them offers a diverse set of criteria and has differing needs. These practices all have extremely profitable businesses and are able to reward lawyers considering a lateral move by delivering significantly stronger financial rewards and incentives.

Skills and Experience
We have firms that will consider both salaried and equity/fixed partners, depending on client base. Our current needs for partners include areas such as corporate and commercial, commercial litigation, property, construction, family law, finance/corporate finance, and insurance.
