If you are a Commercial Advice Lawyer (2 years+ PAE), with aspirations to develop a challenging and rewarding career without the city commute, Coleman Greig would like to hear from you.
Working closely with our Commercial Advice Principal and Senior Solicitors, the ideal candidate will be dealing with a wide range of issues including providing advice in relation to the Corporations Act, acquisitions and disposal of businesses, structuring of businesses, the setting up of entities for business ventures, franchising, distribution and supply agreements.
Applicants will be commercially minded, have solid communication and drafting skills; a proven team approach; demonstrated ability to think outside the square; as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
