Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a confident, organised and articulate Paralegal who is currently studying law or has appropriate experience, and seeking an exciting role to utilise and grow their legal skills. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Associate General Counsel, you will support the Asia Pacific Regional Legal Team whilst you gain in-house exposure in a Global Corporate environment by performing a variety of legal functions including contributing to mergers and acquisitions, conducting research and analysis of legal practices and preparation of documents and contracts.
To be successful within this role you will have:
- 2+ Years’ experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal
- Excellent spoken and written English Language skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent PC Skills, especially Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions and data rooms will be highly regarded.
