About our client
Our client is a national law firm who have experienced a prolonged period of success and growth in recent years whilst also being able to boast a rich history. With a national presence and offices in each state, our client is known for actively encouraging the development and progression of their employees.
About the role
Based in their CBD office, this firm are now looking for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join their dedicated team and provide advice in the following three areas;
- M&A
- Equity Capital Market
- Funds Management
This role will involve working closely with a Partner who has almost thirty years’ experience working within the Corporate and Commercial space, being a Partner for the last 20 years and has developed a loyal client base dealing with a wide range of corporate matters.
Due to the success in recent years this Partner is now looking to recruit a senior Corporate Lawyer to assist in continuing the success whilst also assisting with the more junior members of the team.
Ideally applicants will possess:
- At least 4 years’ experience practising in Corporate Law .
- Ability to be versatile and work across the broad spectrum of Corporate Law.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to assist in the development of the junior members of the team
