THE FIRM

Our client is a pre-eminent Australian firm with an unrivalled client list of top-tier and mezzanine lenders, Big Four insolvency practitioners and other sophisticated clients.

This highly regarded firm is looking to appoint a strong at 1 to 3 year PAE level litigator with solid experience in bankruptcy and insolvency.

THE ROLE

As a junior to intermediate lawyer, you will play a key role in large-scale commercial disputes and play a key role in all manner of insolvency matters including but not limited to voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations, unsecured recoveries, security enforcement, winding up proceedings, and restructure of companies under stress as well as work-out proposals.

THE PERSON

You're a 1 to 3 year PAE litigator with with solid experience in bankruptcy and insolvency. You're considered in your approach and focus on commercially practical solutions.

This is a stellar opportunity for a junior litigator with commercial acumen who's looking to join a firm with a future and properly kick start their career.
