Experienced property lawyer with conveyancing experience - IMMEDIATE START.

About the business and the role
We are a legal practice located in Dandenong and Chelsea Heights. We have been operating for 10 years and also practice commercial, family, immigration and criminal law.  We have a vacancy in our Chelsea Heights office.  

We are undergoing some exciting transformations. We are looking for candidates who want to grow with the business and who would understand the changes we are going through.
 
Job tasks and responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will possess sound residential conveyancing experience and the confidence to autonomously run both Vendor and Purchaser files from open to close with minimal supervision. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced conveyancing practice.

Experience in managing stakeholders at the internal and external level, high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will see you hit the ground running. You will be proficient with Conveyancing Manager or equivalent. 

You will work with very friendly principals in a Corporate Centre. Free car parking available. You would also work closely with experienced staff and principals. The firm offers outstanding career progression opportunities, attractive salary, autonomy and direct client access.
