We have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 2-4 years post-admission experience to join our Commercial Litigation team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

 

Keypoint Law is an award-winning and innovative law firm recently established in Australia by UK firm, Keystone Law.

 

In this role, you will be involved in a diverse range of commercial matters including contractual and property disputes, cases involving shareholders’ rights and directors’ duties, bankruptcy matters, competition and consumer law matters, and disputes involving the insurance and construction industries.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  1. Strong written communication and oral communication skills;
  2. Strong technical, drafting and research skills;
  3. Experience with Court and ADR processes;
  4. Excellent attention to detail;
  5. Effective time management skills; and
  6. The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
