Role

One of the leading Private Equity teams in Australia is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer with Private Equity experience. This team rarely recruits - this represents a fantastic opportunity to join a top tier law firm with an internationally respected Corporate group. The head of this group has a true market leading practice.

Experience

You will have:

• 2 - 3 years of Corporate experience;
• Private equity experience (preferred);
• Experience gained at a top or mid tier firm in Australia;
• Admission in Australia;
• Excellent drafting and communication skills; and
• Enthusiasm to get involved with developing client relationships.
