We are currently working with a highly reputable boutique firm to secure an experienced and driven Commercial Law Partner. The firm boasts a successful and progressive Commercial Practice with impressive long established network of clients.
The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to working with clients of the business, as well as the Partners/lawyers at the firm, with experience in the follow areas:
- Property Law/Leasing
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Business Sale and Acquisition
- Commercial Contracts
- Business Succession
- General Commercial Law
The Partners are very supportive and will provide extensive business development opportunities within their existing client base.
We are interested in speaking to lawyers with 8+ years’ PAE with strong client management skills, who can demonstrate proven experience in building and leading a successful practice. This position would suit an experienced Special Counsel/Partner who has the ability to bring a transferable fee base of $200k+.
