The role
Working closely with highly impressive (ex top and mid tier) partners you will advise on a diverse range of property matters from projects to planning and development, construction agreements to property finance. You will also be involved in more general commercial property transactions including leasing, property contracts and agreements and property redevelopment projects.The Property Team is consistently busy and is a premier provider of legal services in property development including property acquisitions and disposals, projects, tenders, leasing, joint ventures, subdivisions and strategic real estate advice.
You
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional academics and relevant experience within property law. You will possess excellent technical drafting and research skills, ability to express complex problems in a clear and concise manner and excellent client rapport and relationships. Finally you will have a thirst to develop as this is a role that offers genuine career development.
