Experienced Commercial Litigator seeking to work in a genuinely friendly and positive environment? This really is a rare opportunity to join a boutique practice with a low turnover.
You will be joining an experienced Partner who has been with the firm for over ten years in addition to working closely with an Associate and more junior staff members. This is a small but busy team who work together in a supportive environment.

You will be handling a range of matters which will include:
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
- Negligence
- Bankruptcy and Winding Up proceedings
- Proceedings to set aside and/or defend Statutory Demands
- Lease disputes
- Injunctions
