You will have:

  • First rate project management skills - you will be responsible for proactively managing the diary and inbox of the Partners.
  • You will be assisting a team of 2 partners and a number of solicitors.
  • Excellent client & stakeholder engagement and communication skills – to deliver quality work and service to the team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a minimum typing speed of 70 wpm.
  • Strong computer literacy and document management skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop appropriate administrative procedures to enhance the accuracy, timeliness and presentation of your fee earners' work in their managerial roles.
  • Proficient editing skills - you will assist with the preparation of complex documents, ensuring compliance with firm style.
