Working as part of a dynamic and thriving team, this is a unique opportunity for a senior specialist insolvency lawyer to be a part of this firms future growth plans.
Your new role
As the seasoned practitioner that you are, you will 'hit the ground' running and become an integral member of this high performing, yet down to earth team. As well as utilising highly developed litigation (including advocacy) skills, the role requires excellent communication skills to enable client management and the running of complex litigation matters. You will enjoy a diverse range of work as you advise predominately government (state/federal) clients on commercial disputes as well as insolvency, debt litigation/bankruptcy and winding ups.

Your skills profile
- A minimum of 8 years PQE handling complex insolvency and commercial disputes
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels with strong client service focus and a positive, confident manner;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
- Desire and commitment to become a long-term and invested member of the firm.
