A widely known professional services firm based in the CBD is currently seeking a Legal Secretary / EA of high calibre to work closely with their in-house Counsel.
This pivotal role is within an integral part of the business where the significant players are accommodating, switched-on and experienced.
Duties:
- Managing diary, priorities & information requirements
- Management of incoming matters and workflow
- Preparing professional standard presentations and reports
- Maintaining legal files and registers
- Management of external billings / spend
- Booking of travel and accommodation when required
- Preparing expenses for approval
About You:
Corporately presented, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience at providing senior support to an individual and/or team in a legal setting from a mid or top tier firm or similar in-house role. Naturally you will have a strong understanding of legal matters and administration.
