The Firm
Gartree Thomson Lawyers is a small commercial law firm based in Sydney's CBD predominantly specialising in debt recovery, commercial litigation, employment law and insolvency. We are currently looking to expand our team to include another solicitor.

The Role
Due to growth of the firm, a position has recently become available for a junior solicitor to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish with guidance from the solicitor director if necessary. The files allocated will vary based on the applicant’s skills and expertise, but the successful applicant will almost certainly be running files involving contract disputes, business transactions and insolvency matters.
If successful you will be part of a friendly team with varying amounts of commercial litigation experience. As we are a busy practice, you will have the opportunity to build on your current legal experience quickly with a variety of work.
The position will require you to be client focused whilst providing positive results. This is great exposure for a junior solicitor to progress their career quickly.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be client focused with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experence.

Remuneration
Remuneration is competitive and will be negotiated with the selected candidate based on their experience.
