Legal Counsel

Exciting new role has arisen at a major player in the construction and infrastructure sector. Working in a collegiate, high profile in-house team you will be responsible for a handling a range of front-end focused matters such as advising on major projects in Victoria and other states (including PPPs), drafting and negotiating various construction contracts and tenders and other related legal and risk management advice to senior stakeholders across the business.

You will be a construction lawyer with around 4 to 8 years pae (front-end or mixed) from a major law firm, and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will be an excellent communicator and team player with strong technical and commercial legal skills.
