The Role
Our client, a national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant to work 2 days per week (Mon and Thurs) in their Corporate Commercial team. The role supports a Partner and 3 other authors. Your duties will involve minimal wordprocessing (as they have wp operators), diary management, organising appointments, lots of travel arrangements, bring ups, a lot of file maintenance, end of month billings, drafting basic correspondence, timesheet submission to accounts, amendments to correspondence and documents, dealing with clients and general secretarial/administration duties.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years legal secretarial experience in Corporate or Commercial law. You will be well presented, be able to work under pressure and work as a team member.
