- Support two strongly respected Partners in commercial litigation
- One is primarily focused on complex litigation within the banking, resources and construction industries
- Financial regulatory investigations, Class Actions and Corporations Act disputes
- This Partner is known for their strategic focus and consulted for their ability to devise effective governance risk management procedures
- The second Partner's practice is based on the Competition & Consumer Act 2010, Corporations Act, regulatory investigations, large scale litigation & appellate matters
- Frequent cross-border regulatory investigations, Commissions & Tribunal representation and white collar crimes
- Their clients are predominantly financial institutions, energy and mining sectors
- Strong global brand with the ability to develop talent and offer opportunity at the SA level

LLB (Hons) plus 4-7 years PQE in a top tier/ global litigation practice. Experience within Banking/ Resources/ Construction preferable.
