Who are we looking for?
We are actively working with a private practice client to add lawyers to their team. You will work on-site with our client, enjoying a great corporate and learning from leaders in the industry. The role is hands-on with extensive client contact.
We are interested in hearing from lawyers with corporate private practice experience. This is the perfect opportunity for a Special Counsel or Senior Associate to elevate your career to the next level by gaining quality, 'hands on' experience with a top tier firm for a 6-9 month assignment. You must have strong M&A, Joint Venture, regulatory and ASX listing rules experience. In addition, to join us you will:
- Have a minimum of 10 years' relevant PQE.
- Have strong corporate governance, M&A and Corporations Act experience.
- Experience in the Mining and Natural Resources and/or Infrastructure sectors will be favourable.
- Have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business.
