• 2-4 years Workplace & Industrial Relations Lawyer.

• Work closely with the Practice Partner.

Reporting directly to the Partner, this boutique firm is now seeking a 2-4 years Workplace Relations Lawyer to join their firm. The matters dealt with in this role are broad and challenging and are dealing with the full spectrum of Employment and Industrial Relations issues. You will experience client engagement across a variety of industries with direct access to the Partner of the Workplace Relations Practice.


Matters will include, but not limited to the following areas:
(predominately "Employer" transactions)

• Health & Safety.
• Investigations. 
• Employment advisory work.
• Discrimination and workplace relations. 
• Unfaiir dismissals and general protection. 
• Industrial Relations matters.
• Drafting contracts. 

About YOU:

• 2-4 years PAE Workplace Lawyer.
• You will be passionate about IR.
• You will enjoy BD and marketing to grow your Workplace practice.
• Mentoring and training directly from experienced Partners.
