About the role 

Do you want to join a firm where you can work closely with a Partner in the day-to-day management of their practice? We are working with an international law firm that are looking for a talented legal secretary to join an approachable and friendly Partner in its Insurance practice. 

This role will suit someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable undertaking extensive diary and email management, and who is confident and proactive. 

In this role, you will support a Partner and small team of Lawyers and will have the following responsibilities:

• Extensive diary and email management
• Preparing meeting packs
• Document preparation and amendment
• Monthly billing and expenses
• Client interaction and relationship management 

About you 

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have min. 3 years' legal secretarial experience
• Have the ability to work well in a fast-paced enviornment
• Possess strong work ethic, positive and 'can do' attitude
• Enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team
• Have strong attention to detail and communication skills
