You will have/will be:

• An admitted Graduate Lawyer or graduated but not yet admitted;
• An excellent academic record;
• Available to work full-time;
• Possess good communication skills and strong organisational skills;
• Good attention to detail;
• Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment, requiring rigorous application of your skills.

The position involves the following: 

• Working with and assisting a senior lawyer in the medical negligence team - full training will be provided;
• Preparation of statements, briefs, statements of particulars, preparation of matters for court generally, evaluating medical evidence and liaising with clients and experts; 
• Be prepared to evaluate new inquiries under the supervision of a senior lawyer;
• Learning to run some cases under the supervision of a senior lawyer.
